Thank you for the critique on "Twitch". What you said made a lot of sense and I think I just needed someone else to say it because I'm not always completely honest with myself. I will soon be making some serious renovations in that poem.
Ultimate? Goofy?!?! Thy words cut too deep! jk, I guess it is kinda goofy if you think about it. I'm glad that the jargon didn't throw you off too much, as the story is not meant solely for Ultimate players. Thanks for the critique!
Any time, friend!
hey, joshua--
thanks for your comments on 'grave decisions'. i'm glad you laughed, and i'll be sure to rework that vague imagery issue. yay!

Thank you much for the critique. Your advice is sound and appreciated. I will be revising the poem soon based on your feedback.
Hey, Keep writing in a rush as you write so well.
Hi Joshua. I really liked These Two Hours. I havent gotten around to critiquing it yet, I just have so much to do. I will get to it, but I really like reading your works. :] I also want to read your Song of Aedmon Lost, but like I said, I have a lot to do. But keep up the good writing. :]
Hi, Joshua! Thank you for the gift you sent and also for the critique on my poem. I really appreciate your comments.

About Me
| Occupation: | At the moment, I'm a card carrying barista shuffler, running the shifts at the local Sbux, constantly keeping myself at the reccomended (or twice) dailyallowance of caffeine. |
| About Me: | Me in a nutshell equals a large cracked nut; I'm married, have three fantastically insane little girls who adore me (especially come shopping time), and have been writing for more than half of my life. |
| Interests: | I'm interested in nearly anything that spawns a new line of thought, from history to horror, to the great outdoors, to anything in between. I love to argue, for the sake of it,and have been known to steer others to follow off my deep end. |
| Publications: | I've been published in the field of poetry several times, mostly in anthologies, but most recently in my own work "By Dreamways Soft" which represents a journey of progression to becoming a mature poet. |
| Favorite Books: | I'm a huge fan of the Lord of the Rings series, as wells as the the Dark Tower books by Stephen King. I've also recently read a truly involving history of the Civil War in the West, so go figure. |
| Favorite Movies: | To all time favorites, and they couldn't be more different. I love the Last of the Mohicans with Daniel Day Lewis, and also the Princess Bride |
| Favorite TV Shows: | Dirty Jobs, Deadliest Catch, anything on National Geographic or the History Channel, Battle Star Galactica, for awhile Grey's Anatomy, etc, etc. |
| Favorite Quotes: | " A man on a tack is better off" -unknown "Yippee Kiyay @#$%#@!!" - Bruce Willis |
| Loves: | I love the smell of leaves when you turn them over after they've fallen. I love the sound of giggles, like little bells ringing when your playing in the snow with little ones. I love thunder and the way things are so still afterward, in nature, and relationships. |
| Hates: | I hate anyone assuming that they are in the right simply because they say they are. I cannot stand to see passion bottled up behind duty or purpose. I also happen to hate onions. |
