Lisette! How's France?
Hey! Yeah! Ummm...yeah! *is so inarticulate due to a somewhat unfortunate week and a lingering migraine* It is also cool that you are returning to it! yes. that is what i was going for.
Yeah, I love origami! =^-^= It's pretty fun to do! Thanks for recommendation; will do!
All the ones I've read were really good, but I'm partial to Hamlet and King Lear
Right, I did. Thanks. ^_^
Sorry, my mistake. Thanks for responding.
Well the posted version is still flubbed, but I'd love to get an email out for people to read. Where do i send it?
I was interested in joining your summer group, but I don't know how to join. Any suggestions?
not good enough to do dragons and stuff, but i make gifts for my friends and like working with paper a lot...thanks for asking lisette!
I didn't like the first read; I loved the second read; the third read irritated me b/c I had to write a paper on it. This was junior year of high school.
Find and read Big Woods. It is amazing in every possible way.
) : oh. you didn't like it? it blew me away.
Yes! I have! I read the Sound and the Fury and wasn't terribly crazy about it; I am, however, crazy about "The Bear" and "Race at Morning."
I published my first deal, but it didn't go too smoothly... my hottest word is "msohansithemefontminorlatin."

In any case, it's up. I think.
I miss your lop-eared rabbit.
Hi. I just wanted to thank you for your critique and for your encouragement.
Hello Lisette,

Why Voles? Well it started as just an anagram for loves but then I started reading up and I think I really do love voles. It inspired my To a Mouse piece and also a line in another story I wrote here (I don't remember which one). Unfortunately, I don't have any myself. I'm pretty sure my dogs would eat them. Do you have some? I would love to get an inside perspective.

-Ben
Thanks for all your helpful comments They're definitely appreciated.
I don;t know why that made me laugh so hard, but it sure did!
I saw kung fu panda! bunnies bunnies bunnies bunnies
hey, i've been mega busy lately but i've got one in the works. i think i can finish it by tonight or tomorrow.
hi, lisette--
your comment just totally boosted my day--thanks!
There are a couple I'd be interested to see where they go. I'm at 23 stories. It's a little scary - over 17000 words total, I think. Now I'm determined to finish.. I'd be interested in your opinion on some of the recent ones if you get a chance. I'm off to see if I can get one more story out of today..

I know what you mean. I don't really think it's a waste of time. And when I have the time and get my writing done for the day, I can see the good it's doing. There have even been a few things I want to come back to. I think I'm just a little burnt out. Any of your pieces go anywhere so far?
I don't know. I'm a couple days behind now. I really do end up dreading the writing. It's hard to give up when I've put this much energy into writing it, though. Like it would have been a waste. I just can't seem to make myself write, though.
Feeling lost in our June endeavor, as well? I feel like after this month, I don't want to write for at least.. six months.
yeah, the summer before senior year of high school for english class. i think i was the only person in our class who chose it out of the three options. even though everyone besides myself and my english teacher adore it, there was just something about that book i really. really. didn't like.
i'm glad you like it though !
I am currently very much enjoying 100 Years of Solitude. Have you read it?
Yea, I'm adequately exhausted. My workload for school is ridiculous right now, so I pretty much get an hour each night to put into writing my piece for the day. I'm definitely losing steam.
Sorry this has taken so long, but thanks for your critique of my first batch of flash fiction. How's the challenge going for you? I feel like it's taking a lot out of me, but I can tell it's going to help my writing.
hi, lisette--
thanks for your comments on my june challenge flashies! i'm glad you're taking this challenge on, too--how's it going for you so far?
Congratulations, Lisette and keep up the good work. People like you is what makes this site work.
Congratulations on being critiquer of the month! It's a lot of work delving into critiques. Great job!
Hey Lisette =) To be honest, I haven't read too many French books... Le Petit Prince is certainly a must. I have now Un Homme et Son Peche, but I haven't started on it so I can't say how good it is. I'd just suggest reading anything you can get your hands on =) Best of luck!
Found it! Must've had unhappy internet...
Thank you so very much!! Have the greatest day that the fates will allow...

Warm Regards,
Hey, who all is part of this group thing, because I am not sure who all is in it with all these pen names and stuff?
well, whatever you decide to do with it, i'd be interested in reading the new version.
I will remind him about it post haste!

Yeah, I didn't know what to do with it based off the suggestions everyone gave so I sort of did an overhaul and rewrote the whole thing. I sort of hate it now, but Peter seemed to like the revised version? I don't know. I thought about submitting it, but I'm just so unhappy with it right now so I think I'm gonna work on it a little more and maybe submit it for my second cycle.
Regrettably little has changed in that story. I got started with my revising for class a little later than I should have, and I had to entirely rewrite the first story I turned in for class...probably to the detriment of the other two.
Oops. I already divided mycritique up before I read what you posted. *sigh* oh well.
oh, crap! i'm sorry, lisette--i'm a bonehead!! *sigh* wrong scribophiler, right comment!
i apologize.
Urgh. You sent us the whole thing and I wrote a critique on the whole thing. I guess I'll figure out how to divide it up a little more.
hi, carole--
ha! i chuckled at your comment on my 'rose rising' story. you're right! thanks for your insight.
Thanks so much for the critique! About the eyes--I made them green as a sort of symbol of envy. Thanks again!
oops, sorry wrong scribophiler.
thanks for the wonderful review
Hey Mimi, It's Emily--I can't figure out how to join the SCFLW circle--I didn't see a link or option to join anywhere.. but I'm here!
hi, lisett--
nice bun!
i found my profile photo on a stock photo site, and unfortunately have no idea where it's set. ah, well. i agree, tho--it is pretty.
