Thank you for the critique of Not Pictured. You are absolutely right about the pacing problems. I've been attempting flash fiction and I usually end up just squashing a regular short story to fit into the space. I haven't much considered altering voice to match the scene. It's an interesting idea. I'll have to try it out.
