Thanks so much for taking the time to look at my work, I'll be sure to listen to your advice when I edit it
Thanks, Lou, for the critique. I appreciate your insights and questions about the piece. IThe whir on my printer is just finishing off 'The Great Owl's Pledge' now and I'm looking forward to spending some of my afternoon with it.
ha ha 's alright cheech, dinnae give it a second thought- long mail = 'heavy bread', allus been the case.
Thank you for the advise.
Thanks, Lou! Or do you prefer Clyde?

I think you make good points. I had to wrestle with that Leviticus thing to fit it in there at all, which should have been a sign. I love the idea of breaking the mold with JHWH as well. Great idea!
Hey Clyde:

I really don't think you get poetry at all.. Thanks for reading nonetheless.

thanks, wbl that's an interesting thought - o'course if he's already made his mind up, then that opening stanza could be as self-deceiving as it is reader-deceiving! we all like to start the day with lofty intentions. or is distraction like another sort of decision? I'll bear in mind what you've said
If i didn't leave holes to be filled in, and wanted to make a flash fiction piece, i'd agree. However, since this is a novel, and intended to be very long, and is also a mystery, if i decided not to leave holes, i may as well have have written a summary of the story and presented it for your satisfaction.
Lou, if you ever base a character on me, don't kill her, okay?
