 hey all--

it's a new week, and so it's once again meghan, michael, and sam's turns to share their work and get feedback on it.  i'll send out another email to remind you guys.

please post a message, write an email, something so i know you all haven't died in wildfires somewhere.

thanks--

Hey guys--

It's Tuesday again. On Friday, we looked at "Can't Explain" for the weekend. Here's the update on the critique status:

0 comments on "Can't Explain" from the group

The people for this week are Katie, Josh, and Aaron. I'll be sending out an update email soon. Everybody, let me know where you stand with your pieces.

It's summer!

ice cream flavor: blue bell's chocolate extreme - anyone tried it?

Nope! Not at all. Odd, that.

Meghan--

I know the group update emails don't get sent out as often as the others do. I think they're mailed something like every couple days? As opposed to instantly. Are you not getting updates at all?

Is anyone else not getting anything in their email when folk post things to this circle, etc.?

Hey guys--

It's that time again. So Carrie's piece is posted, and if you don't already have issues of Carl's comic, email him (or me) so we can get you hooked up. My piece will sent out shortly.

interesting ice cream flavor of the moment: pina colada

Since it's a holiday weekend, we'll start up round two of the group on Tuesday, July  8. So you'll be reading Issues 1-2 of Carl's comic Clone Story, Carrie's nonfiction piece "Things My Sister Taught Me", and a piece of a yet-to-be-determined nature from me.

Until then, if you haven't commented on one of those works submitted so far, now's the time to do it. Even if it's so much as a "cool", the writer will appreciate it.

Fireworks! Cat whiskers in the sky, unleash!

Hey guys, this reminder comes a little late, but as most of you might have noticed, Michael and Meghan's stories are up! And they're good!

Happy critiquing!

You guys should now have found poems from Aaron, Katie, and Josh in your email. Anyone who didn't get the files - let me know.

We'll start commenting on Friday. As soon as a work is posted, it's open for feedback.

p.s. anyone can post messages here. comments, notes to the whole group, anything. it's open.

All 3 of this week's pieces are now up and available for critiquing. Allez, allez, mes amis!

Hey all,

Check your emails tonight for pieces from me, Carl, and Carrie. Read them and go over them with a careful eye, and then we'll post our feedback on this site Friday night.

Happy sailing!

 Okay, all,

The starting date for this project is Tuesday, May 20. The first three people to go will email their pieces to everyone in the group at/by 10PM.

Then starting that Friday, May 23 at 8PM, those three will publish their pieces to the circle (this page), and the critiquing will commence.

This week's writers are: Carrie, Carl, and myself

Exciting, no? I say yes.

Welcome, guys!

As soon as we get everyone signed up on Scribophile, we can get going on this project. So talk to the other writers about this site/group when you next see them.

3 down, 10 to go ?

It looks like we'll be starting one week after school lets out, around May 24th.

Be excellent to each other.
