Member-Sponsored Peter’s Nature Contest
|Oct 15, 2017
I want you to write me a story, in 3,000 words or less, inspired by nature.
The long gentle tramp down from the highlands of youth has run its course. Now in the deep valley of old age, the light of the sun is obstructed by the tall walls of the canyon bluff. All that I once thought I could be has faded like smoke from an old fire.
Take me back through those long years. Bring me back to the joy of youth, when I swam strong and free in crystal clear waters. Let me see the bright sun shine again.
Inspire me with your writing. One more time!
The contest will run until October the 15th so you’ve got plenty of time to get a story written and polished.
Good luck and happy writing!
